Last month, movie premieres and award shows brought the stars out to party all over Los Angeles. Drew Barrymore, Justin Long and Christina Applegate posed on the red carpet at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood for the premiere of Going the Distance. Drew also hosted the Nylon + Express August Denim Issue Party at The London in West Hollywood attended by Stephanie Pratt, Carmen Electra and Gabrielle Union. Jennifer Aniston, Juliette Lewis and Jason Bateman celebrated the premiere of their new film, The Switch at the Arclight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood and the 2010 Teen Choice Awards rolled out the red carpet at The Gibson Amphitheatre for Ashley Greene, Selena Gomez, Chace Crawford and Kylie Jenner.

Piranha 3-D premiered at Mann’s Chinese 6 in Hollywood. The Vampire DiariesSteven R. McQueen, Rebecca Romijn and Gossip Girl’s Jessica Szohr attended the premiere then headed over to Bardot for the after party. Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian hit the red carpet at Trousdale in West Hollywood to celebrate the premiere of the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. West Hollywood honored Slash at the House of Blues to kick off the 3rd Annual Sunset Strip Music Festival. Smashing Pumpkins, Common, Fergie and Kid Cudi performed on the Sunset Strip during the weekend-long festival. Music fans packed world-famous Sunset Strip music venues like the Whiskey a Go-Go, the Roxy, Key Club and The Viper Room all weekend to hear music from White Arrows, Nico Vega, Golden State and Oh No Not Stereo.

The NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE hosted last month’s biggest event, The 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Mad Men stars January Jones and Christina Hendricks joined Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul on the red carpet. Entertainment Tonight hosted a star-studded after party at Vibana Church Downtown with Cyndi Lauper, LL Cool J and Neil Patrick Harris. Wednesday, Sept. 1:
Enjoy midweek libations at Hump, Bar Chloe’s new Wednesday party. Sean Patrick spins an eclectic mix of rock, eighties, indie and soul beginning at 9 PM. Saturday, Sept. 4:
FYF Fest takes over Los Angeles State Historic Park for a full day of music, carnival games, art installations and more this Labor Day Weekend. The Rapture, Panda Bear, Dead Man’s Bones and Local Natives will take the stage to top off the day long lineup of music and comedy entertainment. Sunday, Sept. 5:
Dim Mak and Drai’s team up to bring you a Cannonball Sundays. DJ Eleven and special guests play poolside for a special Labor Day Weekend event.
