Our 8th Annual Lakers All-Access was once again a huge success at STAPLES Center on January 17, 2012. The LA Sports & Entertainment Commission partnered with the Los Angeles Lakers to host this exclusive, behind-the-scenes event.
Guests had the opportunity to shoot around on the Lakers court, tour the Lakers locker room, take photos with the Lakers Championship Trophies and Laker Girls, get autographs from some of their favorite Lakers players and bid on Lakers memorabilia in the Silent Auction.

The evening included an "Inside the Lines" panel discussion with current and former Lakers players and coaches. Panelists included:
- Mike Brown, Head Coach, Los Angeles Lakers
- Matt Barnes, Forward, Los Angeles Lakers
- Derek Fisher, Guard, Los Angeles Lakers
- A.C. Green, former Forward, Los Angeles Lakers, and President, A.C. Green Youth Foundation
- Jason Kapono, Forward, Los Angeles Lakers
- Bill Macdonald, Play-By-Play Announcer, Los Angeles Lakers (emcee)
- Josh McRoberts, Forward, Los Angeles Lakers
- Luke Walton, Forward, Los Angeles Lakers
This year’s event also featured prominent basketball media personalities on a “Basketball Uncensored” panel moderated by Bill Macdonald. Panelists included:
- J.A. Adande, Senior Writer, ESPN
- Mike Bresnahan, Lakers Beat Writer, Los Angeles Times
- Bill Plaschke, Columnist, Los Angeles Times
The evening concluded with a one-on-one discussion with Lakers Head Coach, Mike Brown, and event emcee, Bill Macdonald.
ESPN SportsCenter anchors Neil Everett and Stan Verrett were also on hand for a meet and greet with the guests.
